Mantis: can damage boost the entire team, CC (can sleep an enemy for 2-3 seconds with Shift), ult that can outheal less than Luna Snow's but she can attack during the ult's duration
Not the same. But yeah, Luna and Mantis are particularly egregious for having virtually identical abilities in terms of function and different flavors of CC. It's no coincidence that one of the two, usually the former, are banned often from competitive.
