She's unironically too old to be doing this anymore. Once you're past 30 you can't get away with abusing your body without consequence.
I also think her diet is going to start catching up to her in the next year or so. She's extremely physically fit and cardio lets you outrun a shit diet while you're young but again this doesn't really work past 30.
