I mean, if you tell me perms take a week (or longer) to get, I'm going to want 10 perm requests open to maximize efficiency. Requesting one game, waiting to hear it's been declined, and then putting in a new request is a brain blower.
Did he go crazy? Yes, but
1. What the fuck else is the perm guy doing besides requesting perms. 1 game per talent is not going to fill up a work day.
2. If Cover had a well defined perms workflow, and not some part time that ghosts the talents, the talents wouldn't feel the need to game the system.
3. They have a perms guy now, right? I don't recall that they did when he sent his mega perms list. I could just as well credit him for forcing their hand to realize they can't have someone do it on the side during their lunch break.
If I'm mistaken about anything, let me know. I think I read the talents have a weekly limit now, but their perms situation is information we've collectively pieced together over time and I may have missed some of it.
