A lot of hard work and some natural talent mixed with pride in her work. This is her representation in the world so she wanted it perfect. A rigger doing someone else's model doesn't have the personal investment that a self made one does.

There's definitely something to be said for talent but frankly the main factor is that she isn't working on a budget or schedule. I think she said it took her a month to make her updated model and about a year to set up her channel in the first place at some point.

In term of variety of talents, she's up there, even if not a specialist in anything.

There is certainly vtubers more competent in each field but very few if any have knowledge in all of those
