Right now I'm trying to figure out how I can book a room for the night of Fes since I don't have a JP phone number, maybe I can book it through my hotel. I figure since most people are going to be in Tokyo, I'll book it in like Asakusa from like 7-10PM or something, that gives anyone ample time to ride the train back across the city or even back to Chiba.
