The big one is that the MMM streams, which are the most accessible for us in NA, are the ONE stream that has consistently been >80% ID. That's the only case which has been mostly ID, and it's the one notable shift that's happened in the past several months where she's started to speak more english in them.
Also, Risu's always been responsive to whatever the chat is. When it's mostly english she'll be responding in english, when it's mostly ID she'll be talking in ID (which is a vicious cycle as an EOP, not knowing what's being said and unable to chat fast enough). It's definitely relevant that the MMM streams have been raided by Mori a number of times now, so the chat's been flooded with english more often
