A-chan could be something like Sonico from Nitro+, where she's got assists in the form of different (named) managers, e.g., EnMa, M-chan, YAGOO.
Botan could be something like MvC's Hawkeye or GG's Elphelt, there's so many possibilities with weapons. She could even use a little SSRB as something like George XIII.
Haachama would do well with some sort of sanity meter where, once it drains down, she gets more powerful at the expense of health for a short time (a la Nagoryuki), or even a mechanic where she could be something like Zeku from SFV, switching between 2 movesets.
Korone's command grab cuts off the opponents' fingers and raises her defense for each one taken.
