It's not impossible to get a good amount of covers that way, especially to the few who already won the stage they want - they can just buy 1-2 other tickets and sell them back to bros in person.
You still have about a month out to buy a flight/hotel if you haven't already once the general admissions opens, so people shouldn't 100% give up, but it'll be a fight.
