Only vtubing companies' Japanese branches have not only the money but also the means and vision to become an ingrained part of an even greater industry. Enma may be trying to turn EN into a webtoon, but the western market just doesn't have any growth potential for vtubers. It's effectively a dead end, only worth the money it brings in and experience which can be listed on a resume.
