>>93871445That point makes what she says in her third paragraph here
>>93865131 sound nuts though. Why is she so stressed about competing with a shuffled team in a showmatch, or people she doesn't know? Seems more like she's scared to participate, like she got carried, or grinded early with the lower hour / rank requirements. She's supposedly Top 50 and that just doesn't track
>I'm just a competitive personHer wanting to "play with friends" is not competitive. Playing with friends is the competitive equivalent of becoming a VTuber to make fwends instead of entertaining others
>I'm competitive but not professionalBeing competitive is about wanting to be challenged and do better. We have a term for people that conflate it for success alone, or motivation alone, or don't include a desire for competition. Sore losers
What she's saying is just nuts, if she just said what you said, that would be way simpler
I did think she genuinely wanted to be involved though in competitive play when Apex was still popular (unless she just wanted a show-rank or something), so I'm surprised she wouldn't be excited to participate regardless, and it's a little disappointing. I think this is a good opportunity for her, if she really did care about competing and it was a real goal she had. So it's so random to see her refuse it
She should just play with the randoms they assign her
>she didn't want to play with people she didn't knowShe literally also blamed other things though, like being grouped with pros despite not being as good as regular pro players, and implying events don't exist for her skill bracket, when this event literally will include Platinum average teams... Maybe she's just dumb desu
>>93882876>she wouldn't do well given the circumstancesI doubt that. Look at the average rank of all the teams, most of them are shitters. She is far better than most of them. Her previous team, XQC's, Shroud's, Aspen's, those are exceptions that made the rule
And she was offered to sub
