All they have is a way to communicate with their current fanbase, and no way to expand it through that ecosysytem.
However for the other site, I'll bet you a shiny nickle if one of the larger vtbers cultivated and maintained their account, (Advertise that it exists and makes posts daily) they'd make it to the top public feed.
