You seem to think that if they leave at any point, that it hurts hololive, but you seriously cannot expect people to remain in the same place for 10+ years or its a wash right?
If hololive gets an average of 5k viewer gen every 2 years, even if it loses its 1 talent per year (or less, hololiveen has been here for 4 years and lost 3 talents) slowly it is still growing and much bigger than the competition

Sure short term they'll follow them, but long term? After a few fuck ups? When their bad habits come to light and theres no box to cover them or good coworkers to help them with their issues?
