Her debut merch is a 60$ plushie doll, she would've already had the design before hand, setup communications with the distributor and manfuacturer, all of this would take months while she was still in hololive, the lead up to her graduation was lethargic, unlike to what you see with other holos where you have streams and collabs all lined up leading to a 3D live, and have a graduation merch, she deliberately didn't want a grad merch cause she was already setting up her debut merch, so that instead of her fans buying her grad merch she planned it so that they'd buy her debut merch instead
