Most of the time, people just don't care about them enough to hate on them, and will at least tolerate posting about them when they're on topic (For example, Oga).
But most of the time, posting about them will invite shitposter and schizos from outside the thread, so naturally regulars /here/ will dislike when you post about the males
The ONLY place where I think genuinely hate them is /#/, and only because they bought into the whole culture war shit, and the males are mostly used outside of their thread to shit on other people and/or cuckposting
