That's why Cover needs to be discerning in who it hires, because if it hires people who just want to be streamers, they will 100% leave after a certain amount of time of gaining audience. there's literally nothing a Japanese company can do to keep someone who wants to be a streamer, there's nothing to offer. It needs people who want to have a friendship network, people who are hololive fans, or people who are into idols, or people who an do big things like Mori.
Those are the people who will stick around. But Fauna always kept a bit of a cordial distance, even between genmates, she knew what she wanted, and friends wasn't a priority. Part of that is because EN talents simply cant be together all that much, like JP talents can. They don't live in the same city so they can't go out to eat together or hold parties for holidays, not without alot of hassle. Its hard to build the rapport that would keep otherwise ambitious people.
