I know you can do it for youtube, reddit (quite a lot of options), twitter (there aren't many options and they haven't been updated in a while so they are buggy at times), twitch.
There isn't anything for facebook afaik and instagram has one project that's dead (last update was like 3 or 4 years ago), but it does work to some degree; idk how well since I don't care about instagram.
