just because you don't like their particular model, it doesn't mean that they don't know how to get shit done, the problem comes from when the idol and streaming portions of the job meet and that neither management or the girls are willing to compromise either side, if anything having the idols producers around is a far better alternative when it comes to the brand integrity and preservation of Hololive, for sure superior to having Cover's own staff thinking that they can get away with anything and changing markets bases in their wims like they did during HLZNTL
a lot of the girls are very talented entertainers but they're also very much self made and lack any sort of business sense, leave then astray and they end up like Matsuri (probably the biggest victim of Cover's own self image issues)
