Personally, I think firing Meiro was a mistake, she was a menhera, but just started to recover when they decided to fire her, so she flew off the handle and showed screenshots of her discord conversation to Narukami and killed Roa, even though she tried to defend herself by showing her own discord screenshots showing that she was pretty polite with her. They both could be streaming right now, if only the suits tried to resolve the conflict in a peasful manner instead of ignoting it.
