>>94223287She never seemed like the type to stay forever imo, she's very self motivated and likes to do things on her own terms. She was always more interested in being a streamer in the traditional sense and she was never shy about NL being a role model for her. I really believe all she wants to do is make a career out of playing games, telling jokes and being cute online, and it was obvious Hololive's growth meant the company was becoming less and less of a good fit for her (perms, needing to run things by management, needing to comply with the brand etc.). Going indie seemed better suited to what she seemed to want out of streaming and I knew it would happen eventually, still I expected she had another year in her.
>GuraFunny you bring her up because I think her situation is the polar opposite of Fauna's. She's more focused on being an idol and performing which is an opportunity Hololive can provide for her. If she left and went indie, she'd have to stream more and organise expensive live shows and events herself. For what Gura wants to accomplish, the benefits of staying in Hololive are greater than the costs; for what Fauna wants, the company is more of an obstacle than an aid. Gura isn't leaving anytime soon.
>>94223897>she was the same goofy cute dork. She wasn’t open with you.Fauna always kept a professional distance. She's never been too open about her personal life and feelings and always just focused on being entertaining. I and many others have always liked this about her, which is why the backlash on /here/ over the "not your friend" thing surprised me.
>When she debuted just 2 weeks later with a whole line of merch and an entire new identity, how did that make you feel?Excited? I don't know what to tell you.
>it was a totally new thing that was just thrown at you suddenly, didn't consider your feelings at all, whiplash etc.I'm sorry anon but you need to grow up. She's a fucking streamer lol. I'm 30 years old dude, I'm not losing sleep over the background noise while I work changing up her schedule and coat of paint. I have much bigger things to care about and you should as well. It's not healthy to be so emotionally invested and dependent on a eceleb who doesn't know you.
>she would’ve communicated in member streams that there were issues building up like every other EN with management issues does to lessen the blow of the announcement.Again, that's just not her vibe at all. She's only ever wanted to entertain and I appreciate that. Airing dirty laundry and grievances just isn't in the spirit of what her streams are about.
>The communication and creative collaboration with Magni is just the cherry on top of how dishonest and cagey she’s been the whole timeI just can't care about this, man. I'm sorry lol. I'm not interested in GFE or anything like that, I just like the funny green lady I don't know what to tell you.
