>>94229633Well, we know a few things for sure:
1. Managment would pull perms suddenly and without explanation; this is a very frequently mentioned problem in EN.
2. Hololive keeps tight control over things like models, so they pushed back hard against things like "bald Fauna," or, "seasonally colored hair Fauna."
This might seem minor, but it means that what management considered "on brand" was often different from how Fauna viewed the same; so, what would happen if Hololive decided that a lot more singing and dancing was on brand, as opposed to streaming?
3. Following point 2, all of the idols have mentioned stream ideas being shot down by management (even hand streams were outright banned for a while,) and there's absolutely no way Hololive would have allowed the DNA test stream Nimi did.
4. Fauna mentioned how one of the things she liked about Hololive was not needing a schedule, but by all accounts, deadlines have become stricter all across the board; that still wouldn't be too bad, but Cover's management in general hasn't been able to prevent internal bottlenecks during the company's massive growth, so much of the stress those deadlines add is due purely to bad management. This isn't even a Rrat, because Cover told its investors about the growth-related problems.
