Many, many streamers have gone on record that they also feel parasocial feelings for the people they interact with during their streams, and considering how much of their time they're spending with you all it makes sense they'd feel that way.
However... those feelings are almost never going to be directed towards one, specific individual. And will also vary a lot from person to person, to many of them it is in fact just a business as you said. But even in the best case you're sharing her attention and affection with many other people in the same boat as you, so it's natural you might sometimes feel like she's paying a lot of attention to you and other times feel ignored.
