With corpos it obviously varies massively depending on the way they're paid. Rushia was one of the highest superchatted YouTube channels of all time (not just vtuber, in all categories) and she seems to have money to burn randomly suing people so I would imagine the the top Holos are close to being millionaires. Top NijiJPs I really don't know but I'd imagine they'd also do fairly well, though probably not quite as well as the top HoloJPs. Other corpos it doesn't seem to be very clear - in Phase for example Tenma still has a regular job but I've seen some of her fans claim that's because she wants to keep vtubing as a hobby or something.
