She needs to pay for her model and rigging, spending $1400 on a PC won't do shit for her, and it's also incredibly expensive. I suggested a 1660 Ti because it's performance is pretty decent for it's price, but now that I'm giving a second glance at eBay prices, the regular 2060 offers like 20% more performance for (on average) $50 more.
The mobo won't make a difference for her, specially because I'm sure she won't tinker with black magic (OC).
Something I haven't taken into consideration is IO, cause that's specially subjective. Don't think she'd want a 144Hz 1440p monitor to play Sinoalice.
