If it's bad enough that they have to actually fire him, as opposed to "graduating" him like Yugo and Gundou; and if it's also bad enough that they can't take a "needle in a box of needles" approach to hiding his termination by announcing it in the same white paper as Twisty and the other leaker(s) with a generic and overly broad "involvement in the scandal" excuse; then they might just nuke the branch wholesale with a generic and overly broad "widespread misconduct" excuse.
They did exactly that to VTA last year, albeit for a much different reason than to avoid having to publish a notice saying "[specific male liver] is terminated with immediate effect for being a sex pest."
