How come Cover lets Pekora's and Matsuri's mothers talk on stream but Kiara's mother isn't allowed to? Is it just bias against EN as usual?

Well you type in text and if you type something compromising there is a very high chance you will notice it and delete it before sending it. While in speaking if you get into the flow of a conversation you can say something unconsciously. Like in a conversation she can say by mistake her real name instead of Kiara as she will be used to calling her by her real name.
