Likewise the Raziel docs. Aster's harassment of Scarle was also non-sexual harassment. He was being a rude asshole, as you correctly said; but nothing shown publicly hinted that he was sending her dick pics or anything.
It could be both, though - sexual harassment and non-sexual harassment. Niji EN management has a long and sordid history of self-reporting, and they specifically mentioned sexual harassment in their "investigation" announcement, as opposed to mentioning "workplace harassment" or just "harassment." Especially since False's video also showed DMs of Aster offering to buy plane tickets and a (shared) hotel room for one of his victims, although nothing in that part of the video even hinted who that victim could be - could be Twisty, could be one of the other EN girls, could be a girl from another agency or an indie.
False isn't gonna show any receipts like that, though - to protect his sources' anonymity, to protect the sekuhara victims' privacy, and to protect his own channel from being mass-reported by sisters. But he may have more receipts he can drop without endangering any of the above, and he probably knows of a "good" time (read: an incredibly horrific time for Niji EN management) to drop another strategic bombshell - a time like, say, an hour or so before Niji EN does their official Nijifes announcement stream.
