If you look at 'cumulative HoloEN viewers' rather than individual stream CCVs, HoloEN is on a big incline thanks to EN2. Monday night had nearly 50k viewers for HoloEN between Gura, Mumei, and Fauna which hasn't happened for a long time. Surprisingly EN2 was able to bring in new or lapsed viewers into the picture rather than simply cannibalizing existing viewers as some had feared.

Kronii is holoEN's last hope since she actually tries to play different games. Meanwhile, VShojo is burning through dozens of games a month, collabing constantly and trying new concepts, like Mousey's talk show and Nyanner's many high-effort bits. Not to mention VTubeStudio is now light years ahead of Cover's tech, with dynamic props and accessories and more recently, the ability to change your model's lighting based on what's being shown.
