>>94484521>You're bad faith and wall-of-texting doesn't change that.I'm arguing in perfectly good faith anon, I'm just telling you what other (alleged) saplings kept saying in Fauna's defence.
>How can a disagreement with management not be Fauna's personal experience? She needs to clarify it is, otherwise people (fans of her, fans of other talents, Holoantis, idolantis, Vtuberantis) can and will misinterpret it to mean a generalised problem within Hololive. Chloe clarified it, Aqua too, and Kiara did it for Fauna even though she shouldn't have had to.
>Completely fabricated scenario using language to create a villain in this storyIt's a possibility. The other possibility is they indeed weren't bothered by what she said, or even agreed, so they didn't even talk about it. We don't know what happens bts so we won't know until someone involved tells us what happened (don't see when/why they would). But I find it hard to believe they didn't talk about it at all, especially since they also had to run damage control to their own fans after her announcement. They had a month, plenty of time to figure things out.
>This is a non-statement that exists solely to insinuate darker intent without having to elaborate at all.Not only is it a perfectly viable interpretation of her announcement, but I also elaborated on the hidden intent in previous posts, ie that she did it to hurt the company (for some reason). To further explain, not onlt has she watched online personalities for years, she's not a new creator herself, she's witnessed others' graduation announcements, even ones very similar to her just the past few months, so she should have known that phrasing is key. To address this
>>94483584 as well, either Cover didn't check her announcement (unlikely), or whoever did, didn't realise how it could come off. If 90% of people didn't have a problem with it, we wouldn't need the whole branch to run damage control. Even well-phrased announcements such as the JP ones caused a lot of stir, but, leading to the next point, the blame was shifted to Cover.
>Did people shit on Cover, thus creating the "inconvenience" you pinned on saplings, or was the reaction muted because Fauna "raised some eyebrows"It's inconvenient to shit on Cover senselessly. If there are problems that need to be addressed, shitting on Cover is justified, because if these problems are left to fester, they could cause greater damage to the talents we care about down the road, compared to the temporary reputational damage shitting on them would cause.
With Aqua, although she said it was a personal issue, she said that she had tried for a while to find a solution but eventually had to give up, and other talents, close friends of hers, corroborated that. That led both both fans of Aqua and other Holofans to blame Cover for not doing enough to keep Aqua.
For Chloe, again she clarified it was a personal issue with her taking up too much work, but her explanation led her fans and other Holofans to blame Cover for overworking talents by assigning them too much work and/or not having good enough managers that can reduce that workload, since that was again corroborate by other JP talents.
Ame had her own burnout issues over the years, partly due to the fact she endeup up having to setup and carry the EN branch when it was still young, so her frustrations would have been understandable, and something Holofans have been blaming Cover for years for it.
Fauna's case should have been similar to Chloe's, just copy her announcement to an extent. But her wording was poor, and she cannot play the "I like idol stuff" because as explained earlier, she barely did them. As a result, while her fans blamed Cover, Holofans, who should have been posed to blame Cover again following the previous 3 announcements, didn't. Instead, saplings (and antis that sensed blood in the water) attacked Cover for the same reasons as Chloe (too much idol stuff), but then switched to attacking the other EN talents when they didn't corroborate her story, hence Holofans now defended Cover because their oshis said things are actually good. This was the muted response, and the "raised eyebrows" should be of saplings. Since Holofans shat on Cover for the previous announcements but not in Fauna's case, should have raised the sapling's eyebrows, and make them think that either Fauna isn't telling the truth, or at the very least that the way she presented things was wrong. Of course, that's their oshi so they'll get defensive about doing that (I don't blame them for it), hence the whole fanbase war.
