1) a body of work wide enough to fill a hour long event WITHOUT needing too many permissions for songs
2) ability to self produce self fund self manage an event big enough to put pause on even the biggest Holos
3) ENOUGH MONEY TO EAT THE LOSSES IF THE WHOLE THING FALLS APART
I don't know how many OG songs Bae has but I can assume she doesn't trail Noel by much. But I don't think Bae can manage the organization of an event as big as a sololive on her own and I DEFINITELY DOUBT she can self fund one to the same extent Noel can and this is not even about securing sponsors, Noel likely can fund one out of her pocket money
