As for Leaflit, she is one many whose content is mostly seen is edited, usually react-to-a-specific-video (or topic) stream highlights. I would also class Alana among that bunch and a few others that are usually passed around when anyone makes a politically minded "pick-me" thread. As for OP's question, she is (or at least pretends to be) conservative, so it's not surprising that she likes a conservative policy proposal. The length of the video (I'm definitely not watching all that) is probably because she discusses a lot of the white paper, I remember that there was a lot in there.
