I know this is a hard pill to swallow, but why would you hire a 2view when a 4view who's just as talented has also applied and would bring their existing fanbase with them?

It doesn't mean 2views aren't being considered, but they need to be better than the 4views that applied because the 4views bringing a fanbase with them is a plus that the 2view needs to compensate.
