The NDA means that Caspurr will never be able to give a clear explanation for why he was fighting with management. That Nimi would hire Caspurr for her lore video does help since that means he did have a good reason for what he did. Randon has made fairly direct statements about his time in Stars but seems to have more or less moved on in a healthy way. I don't watch him but he seems to be maintaining an okay audience for an indie male and even got a collab with a Phase member a while back. Caspurr on the other hand decided to go back to fleshstreaming initially and wondered where all his viewers went - he also seems to be seething eternally about whatever occurred between them and management. Almost exactly a year ago he was moaning on stream about how Selen's fans all followed her (which didn't happen with him) and how she kept her fanbase name. He's simply incapable of moving on and I'm sure in his mind this is both a big break and a way of getting back at Cover.

Because he thought he was too good for homostars and quit to jump start his fleshie career, even investing a significant amount of money and had a con tour/merch already planned out. He wasn't expecting to lose almost all his viewers and has been very bitter ever since, Selen doing so well after leaving kinda mind broke him.
With orc it was obvious that he realized he wasn't a good fit for a corpo and was able to move on after a short while.

There are huge financial penalties for breaking an NDA. Cover doesn't want a court fight but disparagement harms the brand name. For example a company forcing a sleazy jiggling boobs design on a vtuber when they find it embarrassing would make the company look sexist even if that statement was 100% accurate.

Then no Graduations / Terminations will happen and every member will be happy with what they are doing. Even if Cover (unlikely) mistreats them, they'll remain faithful to Cover because they don't want to upset the balance of power and work on making people happy.
...At least that's how I see it. Like, Council (before they merged with Promise) went down to THREE members (losing Sana and Fauna) but they magically went back to 4 when IRyS joined Council.
