We're just over 7 days away from the anniversary of the termination, which in turn is 7 days before the black screen anniversary; management will do SOMETHING on one or both of those days, probably both.
And since Feb 5 is also Vanta's birthday, they will very likely make him have a 10+hour "celebration" stream with everyone except Aster and Twisty doing call-ins and playing party games. And lots of commentary on stream and/or on twitter, either totally "voluntary" comments by the livers or comments by management themselves, going to great lengths to emphasize that they're "celebrating" something in addition to Vanta's birthday while tiptoeing around saying what it is they're "celebrating" (kinda like when "Petra" and "Rosemi" tweeted messages explaining that their scenes in AR Live had to be cut while pretending not to know why their scenes were cut)
Dunno what they might have planned for Feb 12, but my guess is that it'll be something prominently featuring the black screen trio, and I'm also guessing that it will start specifically at 8pm Eastern. Management is too spiteful and vindictive to do nothing that day, but I can't even hazard a guess as to what they might do to show the world how much they hate Doki, especially if they plan to do it without mentioning Selen by name.

...oh, and while last year's drama is nearly a year old, there's still the drama involving Aster and Twisty on deck. That's a ticking time bomb which management is refusing to defuse - they only delayed it until after Nijifes, potentially RIGHT after Nijifes.
Or at least that's their plan. False or Twisty can come in with a receipt drop right before the Nijifes announcement stream and toss a still-warm cigarette butt right into that powder keg, forcing them to deal with the fallout before Fes instead of after.

She's been the de jure daisempai of EN since Obsydia's debut, and it's impossible to acknowledge THAT she is ruined without also acknowledging WHY she is ruined. EN management will nuke the branch and terminate all hands before admitting that they made any sort of mistake.
Also they have Elira in the front of the Fes concert poster alongside Vox and Ike, while Rosemi is in the back as an extra. No way they'd "promote" her like that if they intended to make her the new face of the branch
