Mind you, CCV is a factor in a vtuber's success. But it is not the sole factor, and every competent vtuber knows this.
....besides, 17k CCV is an astounding success. It's extremely rare for a YT vtuber who isn't a current or former Holo, or Kuzuha from Niji JP, to have that kind of viewership for a random-ass gaming stream. Hell, there are small indies and even some agency vtubers who don't even have that many SUBSCRIBERS.
