While I wouldn't call her "family friendly" she is a moral person, it's just that she hasn't woven sexuality into her morality in the way many other people do.
This leads a lot of people to dismiss her as vulgar or coarse when she is actually the opposite of that.
She isn't "seiso", she's a good person.
