The population of America's east coast alone is more than Japan's, and it's pretty easy to travel from Washington DC/Boston to NYC, or hell even Toronto to NYC.
This doesn't just go for recording, it also goes for Holo EN talents living in proximity to each other and being able to offcollab and hence build bonds and want to actually put in the effort instead of ditching the company. Without a Holo hub in North America EN will always be a sidecar that everyone wants to jump off to get to the real thing - Holo JP, which is retarded since Japan market is only shrinking while EN market is only growing.
