NijiEN on the other hand does bring in some pretty unexpected people with varying results. Petra, finana, elira etc were all small fry, finana being essentially a vtweeter. Selen was recognized but was really also a 2view fundamentally. Pomu was a small indie whose name I had heard like, 3 times ever before she graduated. Yet their chuubas manage to interact with each other with actually-really-good chemistry and feel natural together; if you put those same people in place of HoloEN2 you would not have been able to tell a difference in quality at all if not think Cover are once again wicked amazing geniuses finding such capable people out of thin air.
Worse yet all 6 of the NijiENs got through with proper opsec, enough to not have stupid yabs hobbling them right out the gate. Cover not only had this happen with Aloe but twice with EN2 now, I really do not fucking trust them anymore and cannot believe they didn't learn from their mistakes with Aloe. This all isn't to say NijiEN is so great, it's just ok and I literally haven't watched them for months - it's more like Cover is actually that fucking bad in comparison and NijiEN is doing a better job copying Holo right now than Holo itself is performing. If I may stretch a metaphor Cover acts like and is treated like Apple and Anycolor is like Android/Samsung in specific - one has this mystique of being different and uniquely better but really isn't actually functionally better than the other option besides for personal taste reason of apps (chuubas in this case).
