Their designs were already finished before they joined Hololive. Gura talked about that during her first anniversary since Cover gave them a finished design and it was no different than whether you can choose how you look when you are born. They could ask for tiny changes but the requests went through management and most of them were rejected. Kiara talked about the new Justice designs a few months ago and said that it wasn't until Advent that EN talents could get any real input on their design. That while the early EN gens had advantages there were huge negatives as well and that Myth helped pushed for changes to the HoloEN design policy so that later gens would have some control over their default models.
