After the original HoloEN project manager was replaced in late 2022 it was notable that Omega was slowly removed from their lore. Kiara still throws shit at Omega every chance she gets so at the very least they blame him for Sana's graduation. The guy might not have been evil but he was likely one of those managers that will never pass complaints up the management food chain while constantly lying to employees. I think a lot of the bad decisions that Omega made are still hurting the EN branch even in 2025. If things stay garbage even after Ina gets her 2.0 design than something is deeply wrong with Hololive and there will likely be more EN graduations.
