What the fuck is buffer? Seems like having it be the beeping sounds is straightforward, but how do I turn 24 bit pcm into that cursed uint_8 array? Just downsample it? That doesn't seem right but maybe it will work tabun.

The spectrogram is pretty useless. It's just a pure tone except with a little bit of high frequency noise. One thing I noticed though is that it's a 440hz tone and audio sample rate is 44.1khz, so there's about 100 samples per waveform. 440 is a pretty common number because it's concert A so it might be unrelated.
