You are really saying that Pewds getting, let's say, 10k CCV in a video with 100M subs would be improved if he had got the same 10k CCV in the same video, but with 10M, 1M, 100k subs.
That's retarded beyond belief, and the reasoning provided, "a more loyal fanbase", is even dumber for the same reason, the implication that having (let's say) 6000 loyal fans out of 100M subs is somehow worse than having 6000 loyal fans out of 10M subs, 1M subs, 100k subs.
