I remember specifically at this time 3 years ago, Pippa had 500 CCV average and the rest like Lia were struggling to do 50 viewers watching her play genshin and talk about her cat. 2 years ago pippa was getting about what she's getting now, while girls like Shiina were trying to stay around 200-300 CCV.
Basically everyone in Phase has risen, except pippa who peaked and then sabotaged her own growth and is now probably going to slowly recline. Ironically though Pippa was considered a knockoff gura, standing way above her peers, Gura is more cunning since she never raids other girls while Pippa constantly directed her raids to other phase girls helping them grow and gain exposure (technically this is how companies are supposed to work) but in the long term they all gained at her expense.
