Like idk, imagine you're at your wageslave job and your boss ask to do 5 hours of OT on every shift and then to come in on your day-offs when you're already exhausted from the week prior (this analogy isn't even a 1:1 since Holos supersede Managers in terms of power, while a wagie doesn't)
Not to defend management in that scenario, mind you, but it's BAFFLING to me that grown adult women would just co-sign to themselves getting ran ragged
