It's the fact she portrays herself as a "loli" and leans into it that makes her seem full of shit, she's at least a few years older than Cdawg but acts like his autistic little sister, she plays it up to come off as more "venerable" than she actually is, yet at the same time streams 24/7 even when sleeping. Somebody who's on hospice or palliative care would still be "out of the house" more than Ironmouse, especially if they're in a non-terminal state where they can play games and cook for themselves.
