For Nina in particular an Anon ran Ads on multiple boards, including /jp/ and /vt/. Twice.
The /wvt/ audience is like 300 people across all timezones, 500 if you are really generous. Maybe ~700 with all the small western indie agency threads, but they already do not care about indies (except maybe the tsunderia thread since it has a stronger /wvt/ connection...but it doesnt count if the poster overlap is big anyways). And Nina especially is locked into a a very static ~4 hour time window where she streams from 8-12 CET so many will just not be able to catch her streams.
