CC only has subs of people who like her streams, in her timeslot, because she hasn't released a single thing post debut besides streams (no mvs, no shorts etc) and her streams are in EU or sometimes JP hours, rarely EN primetime. Eventually management might nudge her to do something besides streams, or she won't care and just stay on this route. It's clearly not hurting her much, she's still top CCV, top total SC and top memberships of her gen. Sub "runt" worked fine for Fauna.
Tourist subs are not particularly valuable outside of getting you a 1 million wish. And apparently helps you avoid getting nonstop shitposted here. Though I'm sure if she wasn't lowest subs the schizo would just find a different retarded angle to spam, as he sometimes does.
