I mean, the only thing that Doki said was that she had attempted to sue a side, and that was about it. Most of the rest was done by Anycolor themselves (Black Stream, 'Negligible,' the event exclusivity, etc.). Also, you would also have to trace the damages to specifically Selen, and not other parties like management, Vshojo offering better deals, or just personal decision.

It's hard to use the dramafaggot channel defence when you are a dramafaggot channel. I just wanted to watch some content, and Doki getting trauma stunlocked into ending stream mid-way through something I was enjoying was a pretty serious incident. NijiEN has lost the "can we just focus on the content, not the sensationalist bullshit" card by using sensationalist bullshit to destroy content. They might be able to get it back if they ever apologised for it (lol).

Look at the "upload" times. Elira said the video would be in 30 mintues, or 5:00 exactly. A few minutes later, Doki had tech trouble and had to delay her stream. It was a prerecorded video, yet it was still delayed. I'm not even sure if this was accurate because I absolutely remember watching both of them simultaneously and being one of the thousands telling Doki to just stop the stream.

She did absolutely nothing besides leaving company and telling people what happened there. This would not devolve into Nijisanji's free fall is not their lack of ability to distract people with content and susceptible, repeated management failures.
Dokibird drama aside, Nijisanji's fault was just not learning from the situation and not even attempting to improve their public image. Even without that drama they were slowly slipping away into irrelevance, what happened just made them fall faster.

This was literally the first time they'd be able to know exactly when she'd stream in advance. As she was doing her best to ignore and distance herself from there, they threw this up just minutes before she was scheduled to stream, then delayed it to match her tech issues.
Also, what "scripts" last EXACTLY 15 minutes? Hell, the video was even monetized at first. There's no way you could possibly believe that they chose exactly that timeslot on that day to reveal that video, then DELAY it by coincidence

Assuming that the timing was all planned by them, announcing it was the most crucial thing.
