It doesn't matter about the cool torso effects no one will see, or crazy hat animations when the streamer isn't going to animate enough for the person to notice. We don't even know what the software can do, so most will assume that the company that started out for TECH has terrible tech.
Meanwhile, a 3d show is going to be cared about for the 3d models. Cover is very clearly going into the 3d route, hence spending millions on one of the best 3d studios in Japan. Thus, everything surrounding the 3d, including the choreography, singing, and models, must be high quality.

Not an actual role, but I don't know what a teacher in that field would be called.I agree, that if that was the only thing I had to worry about, or if it was a small corporation, I would focus on that. I can't, however, do that in a billion Yen company with 40-50 different talents with hundreds of employees/contractors, and multiple events going on, including concerts, songs, 2 gen debuts, and making sure no one breaks the contracts.
