From what I have heard from many holomen, including JP, there are two holo salaries.
I know JP said [there is a guaranteed minimum salary].
Therefore, I believe there is a fixed salary.
I believe that on top of that, there are distributions from superchats, memberships, play count ads, product placement sponsorships, paid concerts, etc.
What moona is referring to [the same as a female waitress in Japan] is the fixed salary part by any stretch of the imagination.
After all, the [total compensation for performers] announced by the cover company in the financial statements says it all.
If you average that for JP, ID, EN, holostars, and all holostarsEN, you get an annual salary of $300,000 to $400,000.
From all the profits, they get a distribution of around 20%.
There are high and low ways to distribute between the company and the performers, and when you put them all together, you get that kind of rate.
Presumably, I would guess that superchat and memberships are high, while the distribution rate for products that are sold in supermarkets with pictures of celebrities on the chocolate boxes is low.
This is not like waitressing in Japan by any stretch of the imagination.
I think suisei and miko are on the higher end within [the performer's total compensation]. But there are also STARS.
The average remuneration of ID is not clear, but if the information is that the average amount is $300,000, including stars, ID must be receiving the average line of $300,000.
To begin with, if the remuneration is equivalent to that of Japanese waitresses, they would not be willing to take on the challenge of investing in music videos and other idol activities, even if they have to borrow in advance.
My guess is that MOONA uses the [guaranteed minimum fixed salary] of the cover company as a cost of living, and uses the incentive distributions from superchat and other sources to invest in themselves as idols.
But in general, according to the values of fans and the entertainment industry [the incentive portion should be included in the compensation as a guaranty].
Therefore, I assume that what ID is now saying [salary equivalent to a Japanese waitress] is misleading about the fixed salary portion.
The total amount of everyone's compensation to the performers is published in the financials.
I do not think that ID is much less than the average amount divided by the number of people, since the total amount of remuneration includes STARS.
