There's no divide of anything. Advent simply works hard never shat on management or blame them for things out of their controls like every other whore in hololive. More like a divide between Biboo + FWMC and the rest of the branch. The older gens probably see them as unscrupulous upstarts. Since they beelined for JP attention from the get go, it's bound to also upset the Japanophiles of the branch, essentially being seen as queue jumping.
